Return & Exchanges
There will be a 15% restocking fee on all returned and exchanged merchandise. All returned and exchanged must be in original packaging and authorize by Stufurhome. All return merchandise must be notified no later than 7 days of delivery date. All return and exchange must be authorized by Stufurhome. We are not liable for returns that are damage in any condition. Exchanges that are notified after 7 days of delivery date will NOT BE ACCEPTED. We will not be liable for exchanges that are mishandled or broken by the purchaser. Used merchandise will not be accepted for exchange. All returns and exchanges that are shipped out of the continental USA will not be accepted. Purchaser are responsible for all return and exchange shipping and handling fees. Shipping and Handling fees are non-refundable.
Defective Item Refunds & Exchanges
All defective returns and exchanges must be authorized. You are responsible for all shipping and handling charges for all refused shipment. Return will be subject to inspection, until then, you will be reimbursed for credits base on inspection. Defective returns or exchange must be claimed within 30 calendar days of delivery.
All defects returned and exchanged must be in original packaging, otherwise 15% restocking fee will be applied.
