Shipping, Return, and Exchange Policies
Shipping & Handling
All items are sent FOB South San Francisco, CA. We offer a wide variety of shipping options including regular shipment and drop shipment.
Generally speaking, we only ship to commercial addresses, unless requested otherwise. We will make a special shipping arrangement if you request a residential delivery.
Without prior request or notification, we assume your ship-to location is a commercial address with a loading dock. Please note that any additional freight carrier fees such as special lift gate services, residential delivery and re-delivery charges are the responsibility of the customer. If you need any special services, please notify us and make payment prior to the shipping arrangement. Otherwise, all such additional charges shall be re-billed to your account or charged to your credit card. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Drop Shipping & Custom Packing Slip
Besides shipping the product(s) to your store, Stufurhome also offers drop shipment to ship a product to your customer directly; in that way, you do not need to worry about storage costs or overstocking. You can also request for the custom packing slips service: we can use your own logo to create a custom packing slip making it looks as though a product is shipped directly from you.
Damage and Shortage Shipment
Please carefully inspect the conditions and quantities of your freight prior to signing the delivery receipt. If any damage or shortage is found, please make a note on the delivery receipt. By signing your name without any note to the damage (minor or major) or shortage, you agree on receiving the freight in apparently good condition and exact quantity. We are not liable for any damage or shortage that is not noted on the delivery receipt.
Any damage that is not visible at the time of delivery considered concealed loss or damage. You must open all received boxes and examine products for concealed damage within 7 days of delivery.
Please report any damage or shortage to Stufurhome via the phone, fax, or e-mail. No loss or damage claims will be accepted 7 days after the delivery. For a claim to be approved, a minimum of three clear and detail pictures of the damaged area need to be either e-mailed or mailed to us at info@stufurhome.com or 1334 San Mateo Avenue, South San Francisco, CA 94080. If you arrange a shipment by yourself and the freight is lost or damaged, you shall be responsible for filing claims against your carrier. Stufurhome are not liable for such damage or loss.
You are responsible for all shipping and handling charges for all refused shipment. Return will be subject to inspection, until then, you will be reimbursed for credits base on inspection.
Defective Item Refunds & Exchanges
All defective returns and exchanges must be authorized by Stufurhome. You are responsible for all shipping and handling charges for all refused shipment. Return & Exchange
Adhering to the principle “total customer satisfaction,” we accept return and exchange if you are not satisfied with our merchandise for any reason. All items must be in unused condition and original packaging for a return or exchange. A receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. All returns or exchanges must be notified within 30 days of delivery date. Please note that there will be a 30% restocking fee on all merchandise returned or exchanged for any reason other than a product defect or damage. The customer is responsible for shipping and handling charges on all returns and exchanges. Shipping and Handling fees are non-refundable.
All returns and exchanges that are shipped out of the continental USA will not be accepted. Special orders and non-stocked items may not be cancelled or returned.
All returns or exchanges must be authorized by Stufurhome.
Order Cancellation
Once your order is confirmed, you will be given an approximate ship date. If you would like to cancel an order, please contact us. If your order has been shipped, you will receive a full refund for the value of the product(s) only; shipping and handling fees will not be refunded. Orders that are not yet shipped can be cancelled without any charges. Special orders and non-stocked items may not be cancelled or returned.
